Returns & Exchanges

Need to Return or Exchange something?

We want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.  In order to do that we know sometimes you might need to change size, or you get your Ssekos and they just weren’t exactly what you wanted.

Here is the quick rundown on returns and exchanges:

  • Free shipping for returns and exchanges.  Free shipping both ways on your first exchange!
  • All returns must be received within 60 days of the date your order shipped from Sseko HQ.
  • Returns are processed within 6-8 business days of receiving your package.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We can only exchange for a different size base or solid color strap.  All pattern straps are limited quantities and cannot be received for exchange.
  • There are a few items we can not refund you on:

-All Custom Wedding Orders (These are ordered specifically for you!)

-Any Promotional Items

Exchanges:

Exchanges are simple!  We want to make sure you LOVE your items.

  • Use the return label that was included with your original shipment
  • Make a note on your original packing slip for what you need to exchange.  If your item is not available you will be contacted within 48 hours of receipt by a customer service rep.
  • Place your order and the original packing slip in a flat rate envelope and drop them off at your local post office.
  • Please allow for up to 15 days from your ship date for your exchange to be processed.

 

Returns:

We are so bummed you don’t love your Ssekos. Will you do us a favor and tell us why  you are returning them? We are excited to grow and we need your feedback! You can email us: liz@ssekodesigns.com

  • Use the return label that was included with your original shipment.
  • Make a note on your packing slip that the order is for return.
  • Place your order and the original packing slip in a flat rate envelope and drop them off at your local post office.
  • Please allow for up to 14 days from the ship date for your refund to be processed.
