These items are made by a B-Corp Certified company that has shown to operate to the highest labor and environmental standards.

These towels are hand-loomed in family-owned factories in Turkey.

Everyday tons of textile waste from all over the country, arrive to our factory in Turkey. There is where all those bales are put through to 4 different processes to become our raw material: reconstituted cotton.

All these fabric pieces are separated by color. Then crushed to be mixed with virgin cotton and thus become a new thread, a reconstituted one.  Thanks to this process the new fiber is more resistant and durable.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted on all products, even SALE items. However, all returns/exchange must be postmarked within 15 days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise.  Item(s) must be in original unused condition, and all tags, cards and boxes must be included with your return. Please email info@eco-hilana.com for returns.

  • Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.

  • We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.

  • Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 45 days  of receipt of the item.

Timeline for returns:

Your return request will be processed within 4-7 business days after we receive your item(s). If you are expecting a return payment, please allow 2-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.
