BrunnaCo is a sustainable & ethical fashion brand founded by Helga Ida Ayu, an Indonesian immigrant who resides in California. Each of our collections is handcrafted by select artisans, mostly women, from the comfort of their home in Indonesia, especially Bali, Helga’s home island. We commit to making it possible for our female artisans to work from home to pursue their dream whilst playing an important role as a mothers and homemakers. This is our way of empowering our female artisans in the country where most women end their working life once their family life begins. We dedicate our work to create meaningful pieces using locally harvested plant-based materials, vegan, recycled, organic, and other eco-friendly materials that leave a positive impact on our environment.
We source our eco poly bags, and mailers from Better Packaging Co. Better Packaging Co. designs revolutionary, customized packaging solutions for the new economy - a circular economy in which generating waste is not an option and the earth’s resources are not treated as infinite. Besides that, we also source our packaging bags from Indonesia’s Avani Eco. Avani Eco provides a full range of sustainable packaging an hospitality products made from renewable and natural ingredients that are fully compostable.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. But our main focus is to make our customers thrilled with their purchase, we'd love to hear your thoughts if anything happened to the items sent to you and will do our best to find the best solution. Please email us at email@example.com to consult regarding refunds & returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please pack the item gently and carefully. Please note that if the item is broken, damaged, squeezed, or used, we will not be able to process your refund. The shipping fee is non-refundable.
The customer will be responsible for the return and/or re-shipping fee.
Please take your time to carefully see each item’s descriptions and product photos before purchasing.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) :
Any item not in its original condition,, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

- SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
- EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
For an exchange of the purchased items with our other items, the customer will be responsible for the return and re-shipping fee. If there any price differences between the items, we will send an invoice for the additional price. A $3 handling fee will be added to the invoice on all qualified exchanges.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
