Returns

We are confident that you will love your Urth & Sea earrings, but we want to give you peace of mind when shopping with us. Send the original, unused item back within 7 days from your purchase using our prepaid return shipping labels or at your own cost for store credit, an exchange, or a full refund.

In the event of a return/exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the order.

A $10 restocking fee + shipping cost will be deducted for returns sent back for a refund. Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days.

If you wish to make a return, please email us at urthandsea@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you’d like a store credit, an exchange, or a full refund.

We offer complimentary repairs for broken clasps or connector rings. We do not offer repairs for broken chain links, threads, and wires from natural wear and tear. Please contact us to see if your piece is eligible for repair prior to shipping it to us. 

In the event of a repair, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the repair. Please note repairs take 7-10 business days to be completed and shipped.

Care

 How to care for 14K gold fill or .925 sterling silver  

Soak jewelry in warm soapy water for 10 minutes. Rinse and gently wipe with a soft cloth and it'll shine like new. It may be polished with a jewelry cleaner to bring out its natural shine. 

Store your pieces in a safe, dry place when not worn to protect them from the elements of daily exposure. Keep away from chemicals and perfume. We recommend removing all the beaded jewelry pieces before any water exposure such as swimming or showering since that will stretch the beading wire that it is strung on.

Note: If you are wearing your jewels in the shower, we recommend cleaning at least once a month. It may seem dull after a bit of wear, but a quick clean will brighten your piece up.
