Our shoes are true to size and are sold in US sizes, which are the equivalent of AU sizes.

Each of our gorgeous designs is truly handmade with our tailor cutting each pattern by hand. This is what makes our products so special and unique. 

We ensure that all our handmade products are produced with the highest standards at own production facilities. 

We handpick all our materials to ensure that our customer gets the finest quality materials to ensure that our customers get the finest quality pieces. 

ELF practices fair trade production meaning that all tailors get proper training, appropriate time off, fair wages, and are treated with the utmost respect. 

Sustainability is the keyword in our production. We believe that design and fashion can be sustainable and responsible, and at the same time modern and unique.

Our items are environmentally friendly using hand work. We use recycled materials for packaging our products. We use handmade recycled cocoa paper for our printing needs. 

Returns

♡ Gift Cards and sale items from SALE section are FINAL sales and nonreturnable.

♡ All items must be returned in their original and unused condition. Items should be unwashed/unaltered with original tags.

♡ All items must be shipped back within 30 days after they are received.

♡ With limited exceptions, returns are refunded in the form of online store credit redeemable at balielf.com. Bali ELF does not refund the original shipping charges.

♡ For the exchanges, exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping cost for the new item is on us.
If you would like to receive your new item faster return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.

♡ We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.

♡ Returns sent back to our Returns Center that have not been generated through our returns portal or by contacting our Customer Care team will be charged a $10 manual processing fee.
