This product is handcrafted from small batch, rugged, oil-tanned cowhide leather. Small scuff marks, scratches and color variances are normal and add to the unique beauty and rich character of each piece. Instead of covering up the natural surface of the leather with paints or dyes, we hand coat it with oil, allowing the natural beauty of the leather to shine through. As the leather stretches, takes shapes and absorbs other oils, new color tones appear and a beautiful patina develops!
