We accept returns initiated within 15 days of delivery of your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. To complete a return, please email email@example.com with your Order Number and reason for return. We will get back with you with a return confirmation number which must be included in your return shipment and a prepaid UPS return label. You may use another carrier of your choice, however we recommend that you use trackable service and insure the package. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages.
Returns must be mailed within 5 days of receiving your return confirmation number. Returns mailed more than 5 days after the date of your return confirmation will not be accepted. Items returned that are not in their original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted.
Items sold as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your returned item has been received and whether or not it is eligible for refund. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company; it may take some time before you refund is officially posted.

Exchange requests must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping. JOANNA MAXHAM will cover shipping of the exchanged order after receiving and inspecting the return. If you need to exchange your purchase, email us at email@example.com.
