RETURNS & EXCHANGES

THE SSEKO PRODUCT GUARANTEE

We want you to love your Sseko products as much as we do. We take pride in the high-quality leathers, hardware, and materials, and if we ever fall short of your expectations, we want to know! If you’re not 100% satisfied with your product, we’ll take it back within 60 days - just fill out the form below to iniate a return.

  • QUICK RUNDOWN

    All returns or exchanges must be requested within 60 days of the order date.

    • Sale items* qualify for size exchanges while supplies last, but cannot be approved for returns. (Review “Final Sale” policy in the next section for more details.)


    • All LTD collection items are FINAL SALE and are not available for return or exchange.


    • Price adjustment requests for sale items will not be approved at any time.


    • Free shipping for your first return or exchange. (Must be an eligible return/exchange – see “Ineligible for Return/Exchange” section for more details). Shipping costs for additional returns will be deducted from your final refund.

    • Each item must be in new condition, with tags still intact. Any products returned without their original packaging will incur a 15% repackaging fee.

    • If there is a defect or quality issue with your product upon arrival, please submit an exchange request through the form below so that we can resolve the issue immediately.


    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


    • Returns and exchanges will be processed within 10 business days from when your package is received at our warehouse.

  • ITEMS INELIGBLE FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

    • Items purchased over 60 days are ineligible for a return/exchange of any kind.


    • Products marked FINAL SALE are ineligible for returns, exchanges, or price adjustments.


    • Face Masks & Coffee Products are final sale items and are ONLY eligible for return if there is a manufacturing defect. To return a defective item, please iniate the return through the form below.


    • Items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged. Shoes must not be worn outside and have no signs of wear or tear


    • Free promotional items including prizes, giveaways, and free gifts included with purchase are not eligible for returns.

    • Made to Order items are not eligible for returns unless except for manufacturing defects.

    • Sseko items purchased from other retailers are not eligible for returns through SsekoDesigns.com


    • Items shipped outside of the United States are not eligible for returns.
